The problem being something randomly caused me to have connection issues and loose all my money. They also recommended i switch devices to fix the problem. This would happen in places where i had great cell service.
But, they never denied that the new ' software' put me at a disadvantage and i didn't have a chance to win. They would say we have a new software and you should clear your cache and cookies because you don't have a good connection. I asked what kind of scam are you running and no agent ever denied a scam. After the 3rd or 4th time i reached out to support, very ticked off. Recently i expierenced situations where the slot would freeze temporarily and after that the game would go into some kind of mode where my balance would go straight to zero no matter if it was $500 or $10 at the time.
